The function of tracking traffic police fines and their instant payment online is available in the Çapar application of the Turkmenpost postal communication company.
If you specify the car license plate data when registering in the application, all fines issued on the vehicle will be displayed in the special section "My fines".
Through the application, you can also pay for a traffic violation report issued or sent by mail, specifying their identification number and the amount of the fine.
You can simply save a copy of the receipt for payment of the fine to your phone, or order the original by mail.
In addition, in the multifunctional Çapar application, you can pay for utilities (use of water, electricity and gas), call a courier to send a parcel, pay for your mobile and home phone balance, pay for the Internet and much more.
