Turkmenistan plans to train specialists at Astrakhan Caspian University
The Consul of Turkmenistan in Astrakhan Nuri Golliev held talks with the Regional Minister of External Relations Vladimir Golovkov, during which the parties expressed interest in developing scientific and educational cooperation, the press service of the Turkmen consulate reports.
The meeting, which was held at the Caspian Institute of Sea and River Transport named after Admiral F.M.Apraksin, was attended by the director of the university. The representatives exchanged views on strengthening partnership in the field of training specialized specialists from Turkmenistan.
During the visit to this Astrakhan university, the consul was introduced to the teaching process and the material and technical base, whose functioning aims to train personnel in the field of water transport.
Following the results of the visit, the main vectors aimed at improving the bilateral partnership in the scientific and educational field were outlined, and confidence was expressed in strengthening the partnership.
