A new judge of the Supreme Court has been appointed in Turkmenistan


Dovran Hanov, who was previously a judge of the Charjev District Court of the Lebap region, has been appointed a judge of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, the TDH state news agency reports.
"To appoint Dovran Jumamyradovich Hanov as a judge of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, to introduce him into the Presidium of this court, dismissing him from the post of judge of the Charjev Etrap court of the Lebap Velayat," the decree of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov says.
In addition, the document also provides for the appointment and dismissal of a number of judges of the courts of Turkmenistan and the assignment of qualification classes to them in accordance with articles 43, 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Court".
