Bidding on SCRMET: gasoline, LNG and light industry products were in demand
On Tuesday, June 6, 14 deals totaling $14.7 million were made at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
Entrepreneurs from the UAE purchased 10 thousand tons of A-92 gasoline, estimating the cost of fuel at $ 725.25 per ton. The total amount of transactions exceeded $7.2 million.
Businessmen from the UAE and Afghanistan signed contracts for the purchase of 15 thousand tons of liquefied gas. The cost of LNG was estimated at $339.20 per ton. The total amount of transactions exceeded $5 million.
The company from Turkey signed contracts for the purchase of 451.5 thousand kg of various types of cotton yarn, the cost of which was estimated in the range from $1.95 to $2.25 for each kg. The value volume of transactions exceeded $955.6 thousand.
Representatives of the business circles of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan purchased 5.2 million square meters of flannel fabric for $1.4 million ($0.27 per square meter).
