10 new nine-storey buildings will be erected in the residential complex "Parahat - 7" in Ashgabat
The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan has announced a tender for the construction of 10 new 9-storey residential buildings in the residential complex "Parahat - 7" in Ashgabat, the newspaper "Turkmenistan" reports.
In total, 2 houses of 64 apartments will be built, 4 houses of 48 apartments and the same number of 32 apartments. A total of 448 apartments will appear.
They will be commissioned by the order of the City Hall of Ashgabat, the Ministry of Agriculture, the State Educational Service, the Ministry of Defense, the State Concern "Turkmengaz", the Ministry of Trade, the State Service "Turkmenstandartlary", the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, the agency "Turkmenaragatnashyk" and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Parahat - 7 is one of the largest residential complexes of the capital, located in the south-eastern part of the city.
