Turkmen students became bronze medalists of basketball tournament in Baku

The national team of students of Turkmenistan won bronze medals at the international basketball tournament dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev.
In the fight for the third place, the Turkmen students got the better of the team of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education, beating it with a score of 83:64.
In the final match, where the teams of Leningrad State University (LSU) and Azerbaijan Technical University met, the Russian team won — 82:58,
Eight teams from Russia, Turkey, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan (two teams) took part in the tournament.
