Turkmenistan national football team learned the schedule of matches at the CAFA-2023 tournament
The Turkmenistan national football team has learned the schedule of matches within the group stage of the CAFA Nations Cup 2023, which will be held from June 10 to 20 in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan).
The Turkmen team will play its matches in Tashkent, forming Group A with the national teams of Uzbekistan, Oman and Tajikistan.
The first game of the national team of Turkmenistan will be held on June 11 against the team of Tajikistan. Then on June 14 he will play with Oman, and on June 17 he will meet with rivals from Uzbekistan.
In parallel, matches in Quartet B will be held in Bishkek, where they will meet:
Kyrgyzstan — Afghanistan, June 10;
Iran—Afghanistan, June 13;
Kyrgyzstan — Iran, June 16.
According to the regulations, the group stage matches will be held in a round-robin system in one round. The winners of the two groups will meet in the final. The teams that became the second in their quartets will compete for the third place.
