The first Arab female cosmonaut arrived on the ISS

The Dragon 2 spacecraft with the first ever Arab female astronaut on board has arrived at the International Space Station (ISS) after 16 hours on the way.
The first Arab woman to go into space was Rayana Barnavi. Along with her, the crew included Ali Al-Karni, Peggy Watson and John Schaffner, who were met by the International Space Station team, including Sultan Al-Neyadi from the UAE.
The Saudi Arabian Space Commission has confirmed that the Barnaul astronaut, along with Ali Al-Karni, are fully trained and ready to carry out their mission in space.
The Dragon 2 spacecraft was launched from the Kennedy Space Center of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
