The course is organized within the framework of the project "Sustainable Cities in Turkmenistan: Integrated development of green cities in Ashgabat and Avaza" and is aimed at studying best practices in the use of renewable energy sources.

The seminar participants also considered the introduction of advanced technologies in the country's electric power industry, the development of regulatory documents.

International experts Alexey Zakharov and Elena Zhuchenko told about the features of the operation of energy-saving lamps in the street lighting systems of cities of Turkmenistan.
