Turkmen companies have agreed to escort products on the sidelines of Russia Halal Expo
Representatives of a number of Turkmen companies agreed to arrange the supply of halal products produced by them abroad during the international exhibition Russia Halal Expo, which opened in the Russian city of Kazan.
The review takes place within the framework of the international economic forum "Russia — the Islamic World: KazanForum" and brought together participants from about two dozen countries, including Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, the UAE, Pakistan, the Philippines, Switzerland, etc.
The Turkmen economic company Hasar has signed contracts for the supply of its confectionery products to Libya and Jordan, the head of the export department of the company Yakub Ashirov told ORIENT.
"Our company has an international halal certificate and continues to negotiate at this event on the supply of products to other Muslim countries," added the representative of Hasar, which has been operating in the Turkmen market since 2000.
Foreign partners are also interested in Turkmen sausage products under the brand Özgeriş of the company Orazmuhammed Mametjikov. More than 40 types of Özgeriş sausages were presented at the show (in total, the sole proprietor produces more than 70 types of products). Those interested could taste the goods as part of the opening of the exhibition.
"We have held talks with dozens of potential importers and are actively exploring new opportunities to expand exports, including to Algeria, Turkey and other countries. Both shopping centers and large wholesalers have shown interest in our products," said Parahat Seyitgulyyev, a representative of the company's sales department.
Maksat Ibragimov, a representative of Maksada okgunly turkey meat production company, also noted the interest of foreign colleagues in cooperation. The company is ready to offer about 50 types of delicacies from high-quality raw materials.
The exhibition in Kazan also presents exhibits of agencies of the transport and communication complex of Turkmenistan - Türkmendemirýollary, Türkmenhowaýollary, Türkmendeňizderýaýollary, etc.
A wide range of products was presented by enterprises of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan under the trademarks Nusaý, Jeýtun, Merw, Bedew, etc.
