The Head of Tatarstan and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation were presented with souvenirs from Turkmen carpet products
Turkmen entrepreneur Orazgul Eyeberdyyeva presented Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin with souvenirs from carpet products of her own production at the exhibition held within the framework of the international economic forum "Russia - the Islamic World: KazanForum".
When the high-ranking guests of the event visited the stand of Turkmenistan, Eyeberdyyeva presented the case for the dutar, made with her own hand from a Turkmen carpet, to the Rais of Tatarstan. Both were also awarded the national Turkmen headdress — tahya.
An entrepreneur from Turkmenistan brought carpets and carpet products made of various materials, including silk, to the forum in Kazan, the entrepreneur told ORIENT.
Eyeberdyyeva noted the great interest of the forum guests in the exhibits presented — the world-famous handmade Turkmen carpets.
"Journalists from local television even asked me why our stand attracted such increased attention of guests compared to other enterprises," the entrepreneur noted.
As part of her participation in KazanForum, member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan Orazgul Eyeberdyyeva also established business contacts with dozens of potential importers interested in establishing supplies of Turkmen carpet products.
