China will allocate $3.72 billion for Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan to create new jobs in enterprises funded by the Chinese government, Xinhua reports.

This proposal was announced by Chinese President Xi Jinping during the first face—to-face summit "Central Asia- China", which is being held in Xi'an.

The Chinese President expressed the government's readiness to strengthen cooperation with the five republics by supporting the financial system and reducing social differentiation through science and technology.

According to the official Turkmen press, there are dozens of enterprises with the participation of Chinese capital in the country, and the Celestial Empire itself is the largest foreign trade partner of Turkmenistan.
