Turkmenistan celebrates Constitution and State Flag Day
On Thursday, festive events on the occasion of Constitution and the State Flag Day were held in Turkmenistan.
National Leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, leaders of the Turkmen parliament, members of the government, heads of diplomatic missions and missions accredited in the country, ministries and departments, the Ashgabat City Hall, guests and residents of the capital took part in the flower-laying ceremony at the foot of the Constitution Monument and the Main flagpole of the country.
Then the celebrations continued in the modern residential complex of the capital "Parahat-7", where on this day, on the occasion of the holiday, a multi- storey building with an improved layout was put into operation.
On Day of the Constitution and the State Flag, a new pharmacy was opened in the administrative center of the Mary region, built by specialists from a private enterprise, a member of the rapidly developing Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in Turkmenistan.
Music, songs and dance compositions of masters of arts, which were presented in the capital's "Congress Center" and broadcast on national television and radio channels, became a musical gift for the people of Turkmenistan and guests of the country on this day.
