Turkish citizens in Ashgabat can vote in the second round of presidential elections


The voting procedure for the second round of the presidential elections will be held in the building of the Turkish Embassy in Ashgabat on May 20 and 21 from 08:00 to 22:00, the Turkish diplomatic mission said on Twitter.
The Turkish Embassy called on the citizens of its country in Turkmenistan, registered as voters, to come to the polling station at the address: st. Gyorogly, house 9. and vote.
The first round of elections was held in Turkey on 14 May. None of the candidates for the presidency won 50% of the votes, which is why the second round of voting will be held in the country on May 28. Recall that the current President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, won 49.35% of the votes following the processing of 100% of the ballots. Kemal Kılıçdaroglu was supported by 45% of voters.
