Residential complex in the city of Arkadag received the status of a settlement — resolution of the Mejlis
The Chairman of the Turkmen parliament, Dunyagozel Gulmanova, signed a resolution on assigning the status of a settlement to a residential complex in the Kyarizek district of the city of Arkadag. The document also provides for the assignment of a new settlement named after Aba Annayev, TDH reports.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, together with the city administration, was instructed to make a description of the boundaries of the settlement. Elections to the representative body of the village are scheduled for July 23 this year.
The resolution was adopted in accordance with the law "On the procedure for resolving issues of the administrative-territorial structure of Turkmenistan".
The International Academy of Horse Breeding in the city of Arkadag was also named after Aba Annayev, who was a skilled horse breeder, a seis mentor.
