Victorious spring - songs of the war years will be performed at the Turkmen conservatory
Victory Day is the brightest, kindest and a little sad of the holidays, which has been celebrated every year for 78 years in a row. The organizers of the concert “Songs of the war years” invite residents and guests of the capital to gather on May 6 in the great hall of the Maya Kuliyeva Turkmen National Conservatory and listen to their favorite songs and music of the war years, many of which were written by the authors literally under the roar of sirens and the rumble of exploding shells.
Among the invited guests of honor of the concert will be veterans of the Great Patriotic War. Those who wish can bring with them photographs of the heroes of the "Immortal Regiment" - with a sense of unity and pride, one can remember the courage, glorious victories and exploits of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers who gave their lives for a peaceful life.
The concert promises to be full of wonderful numbers performed by the stars of the Turkmen music culture. The melodies of the war years will mentally take the listeners to the youth of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers and will allow them to imagine everything that the heroic warriors once saw and felt: the warmth of an old overcoat, the smell of black bread and the taste of soldier’s porridge from a mess-tin, the dampness of a dugout, and, of course, the voice of announcer Levitan from the radio.
Guests of the concert will be able to dance to the sounds of waltzes and sing familiar and favorite songs along with the artists performing on stage. To do this, you need to come to the large hall of TNC on Saturday evening and become a participant in the festive performance. And the famous lines of the soldier's song "sing friends ..." will become the leitmotif for a touching meeting.
