Georgian parliamentarians to visit Turkmenistan
The issues of the upcoming visit of Georgian parliamentarians to Turkmenistan were discussed during the meeting of Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Georgia Dovletmurat Muratov with Deputy of the Parliament of Georgia, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Legal Affairs, Head of the Interparliamentary Friendship Group "Georgia-Turkmenistan" David Matikashvili.
The sides stressed the dynamic nature of the established inter-parliamentary ties between the two countries and the importance of dialogue between legislative bodies to solve urgent problems.
The dynamic development of Turkmen-Georgian relations in the field of economy, energy, transport and in many areas of cultural and humanitarian cooperation was also noted. In this regard, the delegates expressed their readiness to further expand the partnership between the countries.
