The Chinese company Qingdao Relong Technology Co., Ltd. has delivered a dredging shell to Turkmenistan for dredging on the Caspian Sea coast near the city of Hazar, Dredging Today reports.

"Due to the plans for sustainable economic development and the need to ensure uninterrupted navigation along these waterways, the demand for more dredging vessels in the Caspian Sea area will increase, and we are ready to increase supplies," the company said.

Large-scale works will help to make the coastal line more navigable for vessels of the port of Hazar. The new model of the dredger Long 650 Model CD has a productive capacity of 5 thousand m3/hour and is capable of reaching a depth of up to 20 meters.
