Qatari Foreign Minister arrived in Turkmenistan for political consultations

Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraihi is on a visit to Turkmenistan to conduct political consultations between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries, the Gulf Times reports.

Qatar's Foreign Minister held talks with Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Berdyniyaz Myatiyev. Within the framework of the first round of negotiations, the prospects of the Turkmen-Qatari partnership and issues of mutual interest were considered.

In addition, the parties discussed the implementation of previously reached agreements that formed a solid basis for bilateral contacts. We are talking about a package of documents signed during the visit of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to Doha in March this year.
