Bidding on SCRMET: diesel fuel, jet fuel and gasoline from natural gas were in demand


On May 3-4, a total of 22 transactions worth $70 million were operated at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
On Wednesday, entrepreneurs from Afghanistan purchased 1 thousand tons of L-0.5-62 diesel fuel ($614.75 per ton) for $614.7 thousand and 5 thousand tons of TC-1 jet fuel ($638.25 per ton) for $3.1 million.
On Thursday, representatives of the UAE and Uzbekistan business community estimated the cost of TC-1 jet fuel at $616.50. They purchased 30 thousand tons of these products for $18.4 million.
Businessmen from Hong Kong, the UAE and Afghanistan purchased 70 thousand tons of ECO-93 gasoline, estimating the cost of each ton of products from $679.50. The total amount of transactions exceeded $47.5 million.
Entrepreneurs from Turkey purchased 770 thousand kg of cotton yarn for $1.6 million during the auction.
