22 medals of various denominations were won by athletes of Turkmenistan at the international tournament "Ararat Cup-2023" in traditional karate held in Yerevan.

According to ORIENT, the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports, karate players from Turkmenistan were awarded 10 gold, 4 silver and 8 bronze medals.

The tournament in Armenia brought together about three hundred karate players from Armenia, Georgia, Israel, Italy, Cyprus, Russia and Turkmenistan, who contested awards in various age categories.
