The leadership of the Turkmen transport departments is negotiating with foreign delegations
The rich business program of the transport forum held in Ashgabat, in addition to the conference and exhibition, provides for the signing of memoranda and contracts, seminars, round tables, at which domestic and foreign experts will introduce modern best practices in the field of trade, industrial zones, e-commerce, transport and logistics, transport expedition, trust management of transport infrastructure, leasing and lending.
Active business negotiations and meetings are also taking place on the sidelines of the forum. In particular, issues of cooperation were discussed at bilateral meetings of the Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications of Turkmenistan Mammethan Chakiyev with the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Romania Adrian Fogish, Secretary General of the Permanent Secretariat of the TRACECA Intergovernmental Commission Asset Asavbayev, Executive Director of Abu Dhabi Ports Group, UAE, Nasser Al Buseidi.
The heads of industry agencies – automobile, railway, air and water transport, Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan are also negotiating with foreign colleagues, representatives of international structures and heads of companies, discussing current and possible projects.
Among the foreign participants of such meetings were announced: the Ministry of Transport of Tajikistan, the Russian group of companies "Informtechnika", JSC "Transputmash" and John Gold, the Spanish SEA Ibertest, the Italian PLAN s.r.l.", the South Korean KOMEA, the Ukrainian Heliflait, the Turkish Albayrak Group, the Swiss Inter rail services AG and many others. In total, 45 bilateral negotiations are envisaged.
