Turkmenistan and Philips discussed building up bilateral partnership


Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Belgium Sapar Palvanov visited the Philips Innovation center to get acquainted with the latest medical equipment. There, the head of the diplomatic mission held talks with the vice-president of the company, Jan-Willem Scheigrond.
The Turkmen diplomat and a member of the company's management board held talks on increasing cooperation. In this context, the recent commissioning of Philips equipment in the Dashoguz region is noteworthy, the country's embassy in Brussels reports.
During the conversation, Sapar Palvanov invited the company's management to take part in the opening of the city of state significance Arkadag, whose medical facilities are also equipped with Philips equipment. He also noted the high level of partnership between the parties.
During the tour, the head of the diplomatic mission was presented with the latest technologies in the field of healthcare and information on the development of artificial intelligence capable of processing data on the patient's health status and giving his recommendations for determining the diagnosis.
The Ambassador added that the company has established itself as a reliable long-term partner of Turkmenistan in the field of medicine.
