Deputy Head of the Border Service of Turkmenistan discussed with the OSCE Secretary General the intensification of cooperation


Deputy Head of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan Babamurat Yagshimov discussed with OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid the intensification of bilateral cooperation, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Vienna reports.
Yagshimov explained Turkmenistan's initiatives on the practical application of the principles of neutrality, and also praised the relationship between state structures and the OSCE.
The representative of Turkmenistan heads the country's delegation at the Forum of the OSCE Secretary General and Border Commanders of Central Asia, during which security measures at the borders of five countries of the region were considered.
In addition, the border services of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan touched upon the topic of comprehensive strengthening of cooperation with the OSCE.
