Turkmen judoists will take part in the Open Asian Cup
Turkmen athletes will perform at the Open Asian Judo Cup, which will be held on April 28-29 in Kuwait City (Kuwait). This is reported by the official website of the International Judo Federation.
Turkmenistan will be represented by 14 athletes at this tournament.
The men's team of Turkmenistan included: Aybek Omirov, Mekan Ramazanov, Dovran Yazgylyjov, Ali Agamammedov (all in the weight category up to 60 kg), Toyli Myradov (up to 66 kg), Parahat Nazarov, Begench Soltanov (both up to 73 kg), Mammedali Achyldyyev (up to 90 kg) and Baymurad Majanov (up to 100 kg).
The women 's team was formed: Aksoltan Hojageldyyeva, Kurbanai Kurbanova (both — up to 48 kg), Sayara Rozyyeva (up to 52 kg), Maysa Pardayeva (up to 57 kg) and Zulhumar Dashkinova (up to 63 kg).
The Open Asian Cup will bring together 156 judokas (116 men and 40 women) from 27 countries of four continents.
