The EBRD project "Mentoring School for Women Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan-2023" has been launched in Turkmenistan

The project of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development "Mentor School for Women Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan-2023" started on Monday in Ashgabat. It is held with the support of the European Union within the framework of the Women in Business program.
The official part of the event was attended by the EU Ambassador to Turkmenistan Diego Ruiz Alonso, as well as international experts, mentors (women entrepreneurs) and mentors from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, where this program has been implemented for several years.
The school is designed for women who are motivated to achieve results in the development of their business and are ready for personal changes and changes in business. The project can be divided into two stages: the activation of a network of mentors and the formation of a group of mentee women entrepreneurs.
The project involves 15 mentors and 30 mentees. Within two months, they will conduct training in a hybrid format: classes are provided offline and online. International experts will share their experience with local mentors, and those, in turn, will work in tandem with mentee.
The program is implemented by the Eurasian School of Business and Entrepreneurship. The project will give women entrepreneurs access to new business opportunities and knowledge, the opportunity to exchange experiences with other representatives of the business community and develop appropriate recommendations.
