Italy presented the concept of EXPO-2030 in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova discussed with the Special Ambassador of Italy for the EXPO-2030 Bid Committee Romeo Orlandi the candidacy of official Rome for the World Exhibition 2030, the website of the diplomatic department of Turkmenistan reports.
The parties expressed their readiness to increase bilateral cooperation in various areas, and also assessed the current state of partnership, including within the framework of international organizations.
The Special Ambassador of Italy arrived in Ashgabat to present the general concept of nominating a candidate for the World Exhibition. The last EXPO was held in Dubai (UAE). The exhibition itself reflects the level of development of the global industry and technological achievements in more than 100 industries.
