Turkmen citizens can take part in the competition to receive a quota for studying in the Russian Federation
From April 17 to 28, Turkmenistan will host qualifying exams for obtaining quotas for studying at Russian universities in the 2023/2024 academic year for bachelor's and specialty programs. Candidates will be tested in the format of remote testing in two subjects in accordance with the chosen specialty on the Internet platform.

As mentioned to Orient in Rossotrudnichestvo, to participate in the selection tests, applicants must have a laptop/ personal computer, an Internet connection, a camera, and a passport. You also need to register and pass a technical check in the system no later than 3 days before the exam day.
