US President Joe Biden said that he had already made a decision regarding the second presidential term.

"I have already made these calculations. We will announce this relatively soon," he said, answering questions from journalists in Dublin and added that he plans to run again.

Joe Biden also explained that his visit to Ireland only strengthened his optimism about what can be done when talking about his candidacy.

The US presidential election is scheduled for November 2024.
