Diplomatic World magazine told about the economy, politics and culture of Turkmenistan
The prestigious Diplomatic World magazine, based in Brussels and an influential global body shaping public opinion about diplomatic life in Europe and the world, dedicated a special section of its 70th anniversary issue to Turkmenistan and its achievements in the fields of economy, energy, trade, culture, etc.
In several detailed publications, the magazine spoke about the ongoing work in the country on the diversification of the industrial complex, the role of the entrepreneurial movement in increasing export potential, as well as about the international conference "Dialogue – Guarantee of Peace" held in Ashgabat in December 2022 with the participation of representative delegations from many countries.
Among the delegates of the forum were Barbara Dietrich, President and Executive Director of the Diplomatic world Institute and Alberto Turkstra, project coordinator of this institute, which publishes a magazine of the same name and actively interacts with Turkmen colleagues-diplomats.

The Ahal-Teke horse was awarded a separate story as a historical and cultural phenomenon and the pride of the Turkmen people. "Probably no one loves horses as much as Turkmens," the author noted, telling about this unique breed of horses and what place it occupies in the traditions and mentality of the nation, about the modern horse breeding infrastructure in Turkmenistan.
Another brand of Turkmen culture, its bright logo, which is impossible not to notice, not to recognize and not to admire, is carpets. The final article was devoted to this topic in the section-presentations of Turkmenistan as a country with a rich history and unique heritage, huge economic potential, intensively developing international relations and actively implemented peacekeeping diplomacy.
