Not far from the city of Brest, Belarus plans to build a village specifically for IT specialists, BelTA reports.

According to the news agency, this will attract investment and create comfortable conditions for business. 30 private houses will fit on the land plot allocated for these purposes.

The project is planned to be implemented on a site within the boundaries of the village of Filippovichi. There is a record pace of construction of apartment buildings and individual housing.

At the same time, the trends of recent years indicate an increase in demand for housing in rural areas. The decision to stop at this locality is justified by its proximity to major cities and transport accessibility.
