The Friendship Caravan rally will pass through the cities of Turkmenistan
The two-week international rally "Caravan of Friendship", organized by the Intergovernmental Council of Road Workers with the support of the CIS Executive Committee, will take place on the territory of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran and Armenia.
According to the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, the participants will overcome the 4,000 km long road in two weeks. The promotion will end on May 10.
The rally will start on April 24 from Dushanbe. Then motorists will start driving along the route Aini — Penjikent — the border of Tajikistan with Uzbekistan — Samarkand — Navoi — Bukhara — the border of Uzbekistan with Turkmenistan — Turkmenabad — Mary — Ashgabat — the border of Turkmenistan with Iran — Mashhad — Tus — Nishapur — Gorgan — Sori — Tehran — Tabriz — the border of Iran with Armenia — Meghri — Kapan — Yerevan.
During the international motor rally, international scientific and practical consultations and seminars aimed at strengthening friendly relations between the countries will be held in Dushanbe, Samarkand, Ashgabat, Tehran and Yerevan.
Participants of the international motor rally will be awarded with cups, medals, diplomas, certificates, as well as awards of the Intergovernmental Council of Road Workers, the CIS Executive Committee and other awards of public, industry organizations, departments supporting the international motor rally.
