Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Vepa Hajiyev and Director of the Department for Afghanistan and Pakistan, Special Representative for Afghanistan of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth and Development of Great Britain Andrew MccUbrey discussed a wide range of issues of cooperation on Afghan issues.

The videoconference meeting was held on Tuesday. One of the main topics, during the discussion of which the parties placed special emphasis on certain areas, was humanitarian. In addition, the diplomats discussed issues related to the situation in the region, according to a press release published on the website of the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.
