Turkmenistan will establish an anniversary medal for the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Pyragy, which will be solemnly and on an international scale celebrated in 2024.

The establishment of the medal "Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna»" to celebrate the anniversary date will be another contribution to the popularization of the rich and priceless literary heritage of the outstanding thinker and classic poet of the East Magtymguly," President Serdar Berdimuhamedov said, addressing the parliamentarians of the new convocation on Thursday.
