Representatives of the Turkmen media are invited to a training on climate change
Media representatives from Turkmenistan and other Central Asian countries are invited to participate in the training "Media and Climate Change: Theory and practice", which will be held within the framework of the Fifth Central Asian Conference on Climate Change (CACCC-2023).
The training is aimed at promoting the professional growth of media representatives in the region in the preparation of high-quality materials for a wide audience on topics related to water, energy, food and environmental aspects in the context of climate change.
The training component of the course is based on the "blended learning" approach and includes online and offline sessions, as well as mentoring. The online training will be held on May 11-12, the offline event, which includes interactive work and expert introductions, will be held in Dushanbe on May 15.
Mentoring will be provided to maintain the quality of content development throughout the training, during participation in the conference and in the next two weeks after the completion of the course.
Interested persons, including online platforms, bloggers, content makers, can apply for participation in the training by April 13 by filling out the appropriate application form.
