The world's largest artificial intelligence investment fund grew by 23%


The growing interest in the chatbot Chat GPT from investors has led to the fact that the world's largest artificial intelligence investment fund Global X Robotics & Artificial Intelligence ETF (NASDAQ:BOTZ) has demonstrated satisfactory performance since the beginning of 2023. The fund grew by 23% in 2023: investors invested $135 million in it, including $80 million in March. While the $1.7 billion ETF gained 23%, the Nasdaq 100 index rose by 19%.
The fund's largest holding is Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA), leading in first-quarter growth in both the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100.
This year, more than half of professional investors plan to use shares related to artificial intelligence. Among 325 professional investors, 56% plan to buy AI and robotics shares this year.
