The results of the Francophonie competition were summed up in Ashgabat

The results of the francophonie competition were summed up at the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, which was held in three categories: song performance, composition and a French spelling test.

In the song contest, the jury evaluated the correctness of pronunciation, artistry and "musicality", and then in the contest for the best composition, in which one could choose one of the three proposed topics, the ability to compose meaningful, meaningful texts was evaluated. According to the first topic, the participants had to describe climate changes in the future. On the second topic, it was necessary to imagine the daily life of a person from the 19th century. In the third topic, it was proposed to write a speech for a speech to a large audience.

In the vocal competition, young "francophones" performed songs related to the theme of the passage of time and the weather. Both concepts in French have the same spelling. Kristina Krasnokutskaya especially stood out here. She performed the song in an extremely touching way, accompanied by a clip specially created for her performance.

Victoria Aleksina and Mahri Mammedova distinguished themselves in the essay contest. Their essays were read out in front of the guests gathered in the hall of the university. Students of the Institute of World Languages named after D. Azadi and TSU named after Makhtumkuli competed in the spelling contest. Representatives of both universities showed themselves as active, purposeful, intelligent and well-read people.

Francophonie Day brought together many young people and older people studying French, employees of various embassies, foreign companies and French schools.
