USAID encourages cooperation between exporters and consultants in Turkmenistan

The USAID Trade Program in Central Asia promotes the entry of Turkmen producers into international markets through the Trade Promotion Service Providers initiative, which covers part of the consulting services for the private sector.
Thus, Ak Toprak, which specializes in the production of sausage products, was able to save about 50% of the costs intended for creating packaging design and developing a marketing concept to promote its products in foreign markets. The design company Unite helped them in this.
The initiative includes a wide range of opportunities, including paying 70% of the cost of consulting services for exporters. TPSP pays for up to 3 services per year, the price for each of which is no more than $ 5 thousand. At the same time, the initiative is valid only for export-oriented producers.
Thus, the program allows various domestic manufacturing companies to find their consultants who are ready to provide the necessary services. It encourages competent exports, which is possible thanks to a well-thought-out strategy. As a result, interested consulting companies receive an order, and exporters successfully enter foreign markets.
The initiative extends to all five Central Asian countries, and therefore companies from Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan can mutually cooperate.
For those interested in receiving this service, it is necessary to fill out the form 1.1 , and for consulting companies willing to help them — form 1.2. It is also necessary to send a scanned form with the signature and seal of the organization to e-mail TCA_TPSP_Program@dai.com with a copy of the letter to TPSP.Program.TCA@gmail.com . Within 10-15 days, you will receive a notification of inclusion in the TPSP or rejection of the application.
