Trading on SCRMET: technical sulfur, LNG and kerosene were in demand
On Monday, March 27, 6 deals totaling $2.6 million were made at the auctions of the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
Representatives of the business circles of Afghanistan purchased 25 thousand tons of technical granular sulfur, offering $39 for each ton. The total amount of transactions exceeded $975 thousand.
Also, Afghan entrepreneurs purchased 1.8 thousand tons of liquefied gas at $310 per ton. The total amount of transactions amounted to $558 thousand.
Businessmen from Uzbekistan and Afghanistan purchased 2 thousand tons of KO-20 lighting kerosene, offering $555 for each ton. The total amount of transactions exceeded $1.1 million.
