AFC has organized courses for Turkmen Futsal coaches
Courses of Asian Football Federation on physical training for Futsal coaches are held in Ashgabat. Classes are conducted by AFC fitness instructor Sadegh Amani-Shalamzari.
The Iranian specialist shared with the participants the peculiarities of athletes’ intensive physical training before the match, told about the principles and effects of anaerobic and aerobic exercises to hone the technique of players.
– Among the seminar participants are coaches who work with both children and adults. And my job is to raise their awareness of the importance of fitness in Futsal, – the Iranian said. – Training of good certified coaches is one of the important components for the Futsal development in any country.
In 2020, Ashgabat will host the Asian Futsal Championship. According to Sadeh Amani-Shalamzari, physical training of athletes is the most important component of a worthy performance of the Turkmen team at the home championship.
- Two participants of the training course are working with the national team. I hope that this training will help them to further improve the level of Turkmen Futsal players – he said.
At the end of the course, coaches will get the appropriate AFC Fitness Coaching Certificate Level 1A.
