Biden: Cultural partnership is the cornerstone of U.S.-Turkmen relations "Cultural partnership is the cornerstone of U.S.-Turkmen relations, and we highly honor the rich cultural heritage of your country during these holidays," U.S. President Joseph Biden said in a message addressed to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Novruz.
"At this time, when it is customary to thank each other, we are grateful for the bilateral relations that we have built over the years and for more than thirty years of partnership on a variety of issues - from cultural exchange to solving the problem of climate change," the congratulation says.
The US President expressed hope for strengthening partnership and joint work "in this period of growth" and "celebration of new beginnings" and reaffirmed support for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Central Asian countries and the whole world. Biden concluded his message with the words: Nowruz baýramyňyz gutly bolsun!
