Oleg Kononenko met Anna Kikina, who returned from the ISS

Our compatriot, Hero of Turkmenistan and Russia, commander of the Roscosmos cosmonaut corps Oleg Kononenko greeted Anna Kikina with a bouquet of flowers. She returned to Russia after an expedition to the ISS. This morning, a special plane landed in Domodedovo, which delivered the only (so far) woman in the Roscosmos detachment.

Anna is the fifth female cosmonaut in the history of Russia. And the sixth one, who has been in space (actress Yulia Peresild, who played in the first feature film filmed in zero gravity - "Challenge", which is being prepared for show in April), went into orbit before her.
In addition, Anna Kikina is the first Russian woman in the history of the ISS to fly as part of the crew of the American SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft. It splashed down in the Gulf of Mexico on March 12. At the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Anna began rehabilitation and will now continue it in Star City.

“Here, for several weeks, under the guidance of specialists, the health of the astronaut will be assessed. After a medical examination and various tests, the doctors will determine a further recovery plan,” the Cosmonaut Training Center said.

Deputy head of the Cosmonaut Training Center, cosmonaut corps commander Oleg Kononenko told reporters about the upcoming stage of Kikina's recovery: "Anna will have a rehabilitation program at the Cosmonaut Training Center, which will continue until April 7."

Earlier, the Center talked about how Oleg Kononenko is preparing for the fifth flight to the International Space Station, undergoes a series of training and experiments.
