It is planned to hold Days of Culture of TURKSOY in Turkmenistan in June
Days of Culture of TURKSOY are planned to be organized as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of this organization, in connection with which a program of various events has been prepared to be held in the member countries. The schedule of anniversary forums, their thematic aspects were also considered at the meeting in the context of the priority vectors of interaction between Turkmenistan and the TURKSOY organization.
“Along with this, an exchange of views took place on holding joint events dedicated to significant dates along the lines of TURKSOY: the announcement of 2024 as the “Year of the great poet and thinker of the Turkic world - Magtymguly Fragi”, including the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great classic of literature of the East, and the election of the ancient Turkmen city of Anau as the cultural capital of the Turkic world for the same year, the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports.
