Joint-Stock Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan "Halkbank" offers loans for the development of national software products and the production of equipment, as well as for their purchase from Turkmen companies.
Thus, a loan for the creation and production of national software products is issued for 5 years at 2% per annum. The loan amount depends on the scale of the investment project. The grace period of the loan is 2 years.
A loan for the purchase and commissioning of national software products can be obtained for 3 years at the same annual rate. The grace period of the loan is 6 months.
Upon receipt of the above-mentioned loans, it is necessary to leave a deposit. The source of repayment may be the guarantee of third parties.
Loans for the creation and purchase of national software products are designed to contribute to the development of the domestic IT industry, as well as to help businesses innovate and increase competitiveness.
Earlier, Turkmenistan approved the process of granting loans to small and medium-sized businesses for the creation of national software products and the production of equipment, as well as for the purchase and commissioning of finished products.
