V conference of judges of Turkmenistan
Today, the fifth conference of judges of Turkmenistan was held in the Adalat Palace, which was attended by representatives of the Supreme Court, the Arbitration Court, judges of velayat, city and etrap courts. The agenda of the forum, which was held on a digital system, included priority tasks for further improving the activities of the country's judiciary.
One of the main topics was the implementation of the “Program for the Development of the Judicial System of Turkmenistan for 2022-2028”, approved on July 5, 2022 by the Resolution of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country. At the same time, great attention is paid to improving the professionalism and legal culture of the judiciary.
As a result of the forum, appropriate decisions were made.
