Turkmen kurash masters improve their skills in Tashkent
Turkmen kurash wrestling coaches are undergoing training camps in Tashkent, the National News Agency of Uzbekistan UZ reports.
Within the framework of the study, which will last until March 22, the quality of the kurash coaches' activities will be analyzed, their system of work will be coordinated, taking into account their important role in popularizing this sport in the world.
It should be noted that starting this year, the International Association "Kurash" has made it mandatory for mentors to have a category "B" certification for conducting training sessions and participating in international competitions.
The introduction of this requirement is another step towards joining Kurash wrestling to the Olympic Games system.
Along with Turkmen specialists, representatives from Great Britain, Russia, Ukraine, South Korea, Iran, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Malta, Nepal, Turkey, Indonesia, Romania participate in the training camps in Tashkent.
