China will start issuing all types of visas to foreigners from March 15


The visa authorities of the People's Republic of China, which are abroad, will resume issuing all categories of visas for foreigners from March 15, Chinese media reported with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
Among other things, the visa-free regime on Hainan Island and Shanghai will be resumed for passenger cruise liners.
The country will also be allowed to enter on expired visas issued before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is possible to get from Turkmenistan to China by flights of Turkmenistan Airlines along the Ashgabat-Beijing route. From March 28, the resumption of flights of China Southern Airlines on the Ashgabat-Urumqi route is expected.
