The members of the UIET have increased industrial production 82 times since 2008
Members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan increased the production of industrial products by 82.2 times compared to 2008. Such data is given by the chairman of the UIET Dovran Hudaiberdyev in a comment for the newspaper Rysgal on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Union.
In addition, over the same period, the members of the UIET increased their trade turnover by 39.3 times, and agricultural production by 130.4 times. High indicators were demonstrated by the service sector, where the growth was more than 4 thousand percent.
It is noteworthy that the highest "jumps" in the growth of services for the population were recorded in 2012 and 2019.
This year, the UIET celebrates its anniversary — 15 years since its foundation. During this period, the Union has trained more than 80.5 thousand entrepreneurs in its professional schools and implemented more than 22.5 thousand projects. At the moment, more than 28.1 thousand entrepreneurs are registered as members of the UIET.
