Turkmenistan kept GDP growth at the same level and increased production

The GDP growth of Turkmenistan in January-February 2023 amounted to 6.2%. Production during this period increased by 6% compared to the same period in 2022. In the same ratio, the volume of export/import of the country grew by 3.4% percent, and the domestic retail trade turnover - by 9.5%.

Such macroeconomic indicators were presented by Deputy Prime Minister Hojamyrat Geldimyradov in his report at a meeting of the government of Turkmenistan following the results for the first two months of the year.
