Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov paid a working visit to the Arkadag city of Ahal velayat.
On March 11, the national leader of the Turkmen people, the chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working visit to the city of Arkadag, Ahal velayat, where he got acquainted with the current state of affairs. First, our Hero Arkadag was introduced to the preparations for the mass tree planting campaign within the city.
Here, great attention is paid to issues related to the creation of all favorable conditions for people. In this regard, it was defined as an important task to cover all corners of the city with gardens and to maintain ecological well-being. Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the Center of Ahal Velayat under the President of Turkmenistan Orazov and hakim of Arkadag city Durdylyev reported on the plan of the mass tree planting campaign to be held within the city. Our hero Arkadag noted that taking into account the natural features of this area, the work of planting tree plants should be approached on a scientific basis. Our people consider planting a tree as a duty and take a very responsible and comprehensive approach to its implementation. Our Hero Arkadag said that the restoration of these areas is particularly important in creating the necessary conditions for people's comfortable life and leisure, as well as ensuring a high ecological status, as a result of the successful implementation of the environmental program, it facilitated the formation of a favorable climate in all parts of the country.
Then our Hero Arkadag held a meeting here with the participation of D. Orazov and Sh. Durdylyev. During it, reports were given on the preparations for the opening ceremony of the buildings of various purposes in the first stage of the construction of the new city. Our Hero Arkadag noted that during the global pandemic, several obstacles have arisen in the construction work, which adversely affected the dynamic progress of the city's construction, logistics services that ensure the import of the funds needed for construction from abroad. However, the construction of the first stage of Arkadag city has been completed, and preparations for the opening ceremony have been given a wide scope.
The National Leader of the Turkmen people observed the beautification and decorative features of this area and said that the relevant facilities located in the vicinity of the statue of the horse named Akhan should form a unified harmony. In this case, due attention should be paid to the lighting system of the statue and its night appearance should be unique. In general, the beautification and decoration of this area should be carried out in accordance with the unique characteristics of the Akhalteke horses, which have become the national pride of the Turkmen people.
